I signed up for W1 freedive course. Yan help me learn how to relax, and faced my fears, He shared knowledge easy to understand and so much experience. The line dive was also fun and I enjoyed it so much. I was happy spent time with his team for freedive experience in Amed. Fun freedive with them was great as well. They even taught me how to poses and confidence under water. I def join them, when I back Amed again 🥰🥰

This is my favorite freedive school in Amed. I found in “Bali Freedivers Amed” everything I was looking for: professional free dive lessons, theory and practice, effective water sessions (I fixed important technical details), clear explanations and very friendly feedback. My sessions were recorded and I understood better what I needed to correct for easy and better freediving. I felt save all the time during water sessions, which was important for me though. I recently joined a freediving workshop with Yan, and it turned out to be one of the most surprising and eye-opening experiences I’ve had. We started with a theoretical session and breathwork exercises on land. Yan explained how the body functions during a dive - how our reflexes, lungs, and nervous system adapt underwater.
