This is an amazing free diving school, I highly highly recommend doing your free diving course there. Yan (the instructor) is excellent at teaching, making you feel safe and ensuring you get plenty of time in the water so you learn loads and have great free diving experiences. Also Yan was super nice and helpful, suggesting good places to eat in Amed, and even offered me a ride home after lessons.

What can i say.. highly recommended !! This was my very first free diving experience and very impressed on how Yan guiding me through the course. Yan are really experienced, super patient and explain everything with a lot of passion. Yan’s calm and encouraging approach made me feel safe and confident. What surprised me the most is how Yan put very detail attention on each students and managed to find a best method for each students to improve their diving. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! 🌊 This was my very first freediving experience, and I had the absolute privilege of learning from Yan during the Wave 1 course.
