This is my favorite freedive school in Amed. I found in “Bali Freedivers Amed” everything I was looking for: professional free dive lessons, theory and practice, effective water sessions (I fixed important technical details), clear explanations and very friendly feedback. My sessions were recorded and I understood better what I needed to correct for easy and better freediving. I felt save all the time during water sessions, which was important for me though. It was a truly excellent fun dive. Jan has a deep understanding not only of the dive sites but also of Indonesian culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable through his stories. He provided the training and feedback I needed, and the cold plunge after the fun dive was a great touch.😎 If I get the chance, I'd definitely love to join a training session with him next time. I spent a month with Yan for my first course without any prior diving experience. I am very impressed with how patient and calm he is and I felt very comfortable throughout the course. Yan listens to feedback and is happy to adapt the program and his teaching style according to his students needs. I highly recommend learning to freedive here.

I had my first ever freediving experience here - amazing! I really appreciated instructor Jan's approach to the body of being met where I was at instead of pushing through information just to get me "certified". Jan was super patient and thorough instructor who made me feel safe. I was surprised how I was able to hold my breath longer than I thought while relaxed under water. Also check out the optional ice bath in the back that's pretty awesome too. Thank you Jan and team! Sampai ketemu lagi
